After a long period of search, we happily landed at Brandbassador to increase scale and efficiency of our Micro and Nano Influencer programs. BrandBassador perfectly matches the "on the go" lifestyle of influencers - especially for smaller Influencers, who are not doing this as their main job. With the app, they can complete tasks on the go and with the gamification approach it's fun to join and complete a mission even if there is no or low compensation.

Its mainly delivering efficiency if you want to work with a larger number of Influencers, but it also helps to source very specific Influencers for certain missions or content needs by offering endless targeting and filtering criteria.

Although the team had a clear focus before signing up with Brandbassador to reach high volumes of micro-social personalities together with paid collaborations in order to get reach and start building brand awareness, the trial and error basis that they were working with could also be hit and miss. I love how organized and resourceful it is. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use and I save so much time with this new system. Best of all, the brand ambassadors I work with love knowing the expectations, rewards (payment), and options they have working with the brand I manage.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest benefit is efficiency. Our previous program was very manual and took up so much time for simple, everyday management. We also have the opportunity to grow this platform in a way we couldn't have before, because we didn't have enough hours in the day. We currently have 6x the amount of ambassdors with a lot less headaches on my end. We are also getting better content, by creating missions specific to what we want.

Before joining Brandbassador MY FAM POSTER managed their micro-influencer marketing through Google Sheets and a tool called People Map.
