The Brandbassador app provides a dedicated place for you to connect with brands and participate in a variety of Missions in exchange for exciting rewards.
Some ambassadors will have joined the app when they signed up for an ambassador marketing program managed by one of our brand partners.
Other ambassadors may have heard of the app first, and downloaded it directly.
In either case, by going to your Other Brands page, you will find other brands with open programs on the platform for you to explore. If you apply to these brands and are accepted, you will be able to start participating in Missions for them.
If you’re looking for a particular brand and you don’t see them on the app, try visiting their website to apply to their ambassador community. Often brands have sign-up pages directly on their website.
Missions are what we call the mini-marketing tasks that you complete in return for rewards. Missions can range from short tasks such as following a brand’s social media accounts to more involved assignments like creating a TikTok video. Rewards for Missions include gift cards, points, cash, or freebies.
Each brand will have different Missions, and Missions are regularly updated. Make sure to check in on the app often so you don’t miss out!
No. It is against the Terms and Conditions to have duplicate accounts on the app. If multiple accounts are identified, it may result in both accounts being blocked.
First, ensure you have checked your spam or junk folders in your email inbox. If you still can’t find the email, let us know by contacting support in the app or emailing email@example.com so we can look further into this for you.
You can change your registered interests by following these steps:
If you would like to change your profile picture you can send us the new picture via the live chat in the app along with your reasons for changing it. We have put this process in place to prevent confusion as your profile picture is a key way for brands identify you for Missions.
The Facebook Page feature isn’t available on our app. We only accept Facebook Profile links, not Pages.

Your social accounts will automatically update the follower count once a month on the app. If you wish to have this updated more frequently, you can do so manually. Click on the social platform icon on your Profile Page, unlink them and then link again.
In order to create a discount code for a brand that you are an ambassador of, follow these steps:
Keep in mind that some brands don’t allow discount codes, some do not let you personalise your discount code, and most discount codes are valid for a limited time only so you might need to generate a new discount code from time to time
Some Missions also include Mission-specific discount codes. Check in on the app regularly to claim yours!
The code drop feature allows you to grab an exclusive discount code for one of the brands you are an ambassador for. But you have to be quick as there are a limited number of codes. Once live, they will only be valid for 24 hours. You must use the code within this time limit.
If you grab a code from a code drop and do not use it within 24 hours, you won’t be able to access any other code drops for 30 days.

Keep in mind that some brands do not offer tracking links to their Ambassadors.
Sales are made when someone in your network uses your discount code or tracking link to purchase a product from a brand. Generating sales allows you to level up on Brandbassador. Sales are also a great way to make cash, as you will earn commission for every sale made using your code which goes straight to your Cash Account.
If your sale does not track automatically in the app, follow these steps:
Once verified by the brand, the sale will be tracked and you will get your commission straight to your Cash Account.
Please note this feature only applies to discount code sales, if you believe you are missing a tracking link sale please contact us via the app and provide us with the details of the sale so we can investigate further.
Points help you to grow as a brand ambassador.
By making sales and by doing Missions to get points, you can level up from a Bronze Ambassador to a Diamond Ambassador. Once at Gold level, you have the opportunity to withdraw the cash that you have earned straight to your bank account. Without doing points Missions, you will not be able to level up. You can check how many points you need until the next level on your Profile Page.
Note that points cannot be transferred into cash or gift card rewards.
To level up, you need to both generate sales and complete points Missions. At each level, you will be able to see how many sales and points you need to move up. For example, to move from Bronze to Silver, you need to generate 5 sales and collect 1000 points. By clicking on your current level, you can see the requirements needed for each level.
Alternatively, you can apply for the Fast-Track Gold Level Service. Once you have completed 100 Missions and earned $50 cash you can request our team to review your account and determine if you should be moved to Gold level.
Unfortunately, changing the currency is not a feature that we offer at this time. This is to ensure that every ambassador earns equal amounts regardless of location, for the same Mission.
We process cash withdrawals through Payoneer. By following the steps above, all future withdrawals will go straight to the bank account that you connected to Payoneer.
It is very important that you are 18 years or older and you do not enter any wrong information or this could affect your withdrawals and cause delays. Please note you also need to be a Gold level ambassador to withdraw cash.
We appreciate all the hard work our ambassadors do on the app and think it is important that you are rewarded generously for your work.
When you signed up, you agreed to the Terms and Conditions for cash withdrawals which indicates you must be Gold level or higher to withdraw cash rewards. This is to ensure a strong relationship is built between brands and ambassadors. We agree with brands that promoting a long-lasting relationship means creating incentives for ambassadors to generate sales and complete Missions. Therefore, cash withdrawals are available for Gold and Diamond level ambassadors only.
It is possible at any level to withdraw your cash into a gift card for any of the brands you work with. You'll also earn extra money by converting your cash due to a higher cash to gift card conversion rate.
Please note that some brands do not offer cash to gift card conversion.
You acquire gift card credits by completing Missions with gift card Mission rewards. Whenever you want to withdraw the gift card, you simply send a request, and the brand creates a code for you to use on their webshop to purchase a product of your choice.
To redeem a gift card:
It may take some time for the brand to create your gift card code. If you are waiting for more than 5-7 working days you can message the brand directly through the app.
You can also transfer rewards from your Cash Account to your Gift Card Account at a greater value. It is possible to revert a gift card back into your Cash Account but not if the gift card has been withdrawn.
To receive a free product, you must request to take part in a brand’s Freebie Mission. If accepted, you will receive a freebie code from the brand to use in their webshop, or further instructions on how to claim your freebie in the Mission description.
The product may be sent out to you first, and you will have a certain number of days after receipt of the product to complete the Mission. Or, you may be required to complete the Mission first and the freebie will be sent as a reward afterwards.
Note: You need to update your address and shipping details in the App Settings in order to receive products. Products can be sent directly to your address and/or you will be given instructions on how to get the product or receive the code for you to order the product from the brand’s webshop free of charge.
Our brands have complete control over their Missions and free products so if you are experiencing issues with your freebie code, the best thing to do is to message them directly on the app and request a new code.
Our brands have certain parameters for their Ambassadors such as country, age, engagement level, number of followers etc. As you continue to grow your following, engage with your followers, create content consistently, and level up in the app, more brands will become available to you.
Right now you may not be able to see some brands on the app. But not to worry. Please take advantage of all our other amazing brands which you can find in your Other Brands section! We have new brands joining every month. If you’ve heard a brand has an ambassador program through Brandbassador, try visiting their website to see if they have a sign-up page. You can also reach out to brands directly and express your interest via social media.
Our brands have complete control over who they decide to work with, which will be based on different criteria.
Generally, brands will judge who they want to work with by the content you create on your social media accounts. It's always good to have a feed that is on theme and remains consistent.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reapply for a brand on the app. However, we have many other amazing brands you can find in your Other Brands section to apply for.
We advise brands to respond within 7-10 working days for applications, Mission requests, and submissions. If you have waited longer than this, let us know in the support section of the app so we can reach out to their brand representatives on your behalf.
If you applied through a brand’s personal link, you will need to message the brand directly and request to be removed. If you applied in Other Brands, you can click on the brand’s page on the app and click “Following” at the top of the page to unfollow.
Note that if you have a pending freebie Mission this will need to be completed before you can unfollow the brand.
When a brand leaves Brandbassador, you will typically have at least 7 days to withdraw any gift card rewards you have remaining. These can be found in your Gift Card Account. Gift card rewards from other brands will be unaffected.
To withdraw your gift card rewards:
You don't need to convert your cash into a brand gift card if you do not wish to. Any cash earned from completing their Missions, you can reserve to create a gift card for other brands you work with.
